The 10 Sessions
Each session builds on the last — from body awareness, to the main strength patterns, to training on your own.
What a session looks like: Each session focuses on one topic. We start with 5–10 minutes of simple learning, then continue with about 40 minutes of guided strength training and hands-on practice.

Private Studio
A private strength studio in Sunnyvale, CA.
Schedule
Twice a week over about 5 weeks, based on mutual availability.
1:1 or Duo
Train privately, or share the 10 sessions with a partner.

Both include hands-on coaching and app access for notes, session materials, and progress.
What You'll Walk Away With
You'll finish with more than confidence — you'll have a strength-training plan designed specifically for you, built around your body, your goals, and the equipment you have. The goal is independence: most clients keep training on their own afterward.
And you won't be on your own unless you want to be. I'm still here — optional alumni coaching is available whenever you want continued structure or support.
