About Shira

The first time I walked into the weights area, I had no idea what I was doing. Everyone seemed to know exactly what they were doing - except me.

I started training with a professional personal trainer who patiently guided me through the basics and helped me understand what was actually happening in the gym.

Over time that curiosity grew. I wanted to understand how training really works - how movements are structured, how muscles work together, and how effective workouts are built.

My background is in data and analytics, so my instinct was always to break things down and understand the system behind the exercises.

Today I help people train with clarity and confidence.

How I help

1. Learn strength training step by step

I help clients understand the basic movement patterns, equipment, and training principles so they can build confidence over time.

2. Build independence, not dependence

The goal is to help you understand what you are doing, why it matters, and how to continue training safely on your own.

3. Continue with support if you want it

After the mentorship, graduates can choose optional ongoing coaching for structure, accountability, or regular training.
