Start & Onboard

Complete your application and fill out a short questionnaire about your goals, equipment, and schedule. No long-term commitment.

Get Your Program

Within 3 business days, receive a personalized strength program built around the equipment and space you actually have.

Train with Ongoing Support

Follow your program at your own pace. Message your coach, get regular updates, and schedule your monthly coaching session.

What to Expect

Communication

  • Messaging support Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM PT
  • Response target: within 6 business hours
  • Asynchronous — not real-time chat

Program Updates

  • Regular adjustments based on your progress and feedback
  • Modifications for schedule changes or equipment access
  • Scaling options for busy weeks

Coaching Sessions

  • One session included per month — video or in-person
  • In-person available in the Bay Area
  • Review progress, form, and next steps together
  • Unused sessions do not roll over
  • Additional sessions available — ask your coach once enrolled

Your Responsibility

  • Train independently following your program
  • Communicate honestly about progress and limitations
  • Consult medical professionals for health concerns
